How often are the rooms cleaned/sheets & blankets changed, and is there a separate charge? |

Rooms are cleaned before you check in by the previous tenant. They are also checked by our professional cleaner, You get the clean linen and then it is up to you to clean them during your weekly laundry. Cleaners do common areas, they do not have access to private rooms. You are required to clean up after yourself every time you use the kitchen or the bathroom. |

Do I have to pay a bond/refundable deposit? |

Yes. £70 refundable deposit, you get back when you hand back the keys and when you have left the room in a nice and clean state just like it was when you moved in. If you are staying in the business rooms, you won't have to as cleaning is included within the original price. |
